Summary: Stairs and hallway needed vacuumed. No a/c in lobby or halls. No washcloths in room. No coffee cups in room. Empty conditioner bottle in shower. Landscaping makes place look deserted. Located next door to truck stop. Beds not comfortable. Room was very clean. Employees not empowered to resolve issues. They need to do better. Breakfast was not pleasing.

Summary: So everyone was really nice, however the towels had stains on them the bed sheet had red looking stains on them. The bathroom sink did not drain. Personally they shouldn’t even bother with the continental breakfast it was pathetic.

Summary: There were dirty dog paw prints on our bed spread. The hot tub was not working. There was dirt on the walls, the shower water was less than warm. Not a great trip at all
